Who is Mix Master Mike?
Michael Schwartz aka Mixmaster Mike has been the Beastie Boys DJ since Hello Nasty and has won several DJ awards. He first got in contact with Adam yauch by recording some scratching sounds on Adam’s answering machine. 1.7 – What happened to DJ Hurricane? Don’t fret. Hurricane is merely taking time off to work on his own musical endeavors. He’s just put out a second solo album. He wanted to focus on his solo career and that is most likely one of the main reasons he left Beastie Boys. 2.1 – Will there be another Beastie Boys album?
