Is Accountants have hige salary?
It depends. People who graduate and go to work at large firms right out of college typically make more than any other major. ($45 to $55k) This is for good reason. They work a ton of hours! You really pay your dues. The unique thing about accounting over other majors is that it is a true technical skill and not fluff. There will always be a demand for accountants and no matter what the economy you will always be able to find a job.
