What are the fees for the Lease Seller?
For Sellers a £39.99 listing fee is collected when a vehicle is posted to the site. The listing is good for 28 days. Once a Seller and Buyer agree to make a lease transfer and we receive letters of intention. A success fee equal to ONE MONTHS RENTAL is collected from the buyer and the seller. The success fee will be refunded if the leasing company does not approve the lease transfer. The fee entitles Sellers and Byuer to the personal attention offered by swap-a-lease’s experienced lease transfer agents, who will assist throughout the lease transfer process. The listing and success fees represent a great value when compared with the early termination costs avoided by finding a Buyer to take over a lease.
Swapalease has two levels of membership for Sellers. For Standard Membership, a $49.95 listing fee is collected when a vehicle is posted to the site. The listing is good until the vehicle sells. Once a Seller and Buyer agree to make a lease transfer, a $95 success fee is collected. The Success Fee will be collected upon the initiation of Lease Transfer and will not be refunded under any circumstance. However, in the event that a Lease Transfer is declined by any party for any reason, we will credit the amount toward future Lease Transfers for the Seller. These fees entitle Sellers to the personal attention offered by Swapaleases experienced Customer Service and Leasing Operations staff, who will assist throughout the lease transfer process.
