What is the CM worksheet process?
The CM Worksheet can be downloaded from the Document library. The CMW does change from time-to-time so be sure to review or use the latest CMW to ensure that you are aware of all the current rules. The CMW is initially submitted without supporting documentation. You will be contacted if ABIH needs additional information. If selected for an audit, all supporting documentation will be requested. Each CMW is reviewed to ensure that the minimum number of CM points is achieved; however, being re-certified does NOT mean that everything listed on the CMW has been accepted. If you have questions about what was or was not approved, please contact ABIH. The CMW review process can take 4-8 weeks. CMW submissions in Sept-Nov of the 5th year are processed faster. If the minimum number of CM points is achieved, a re-certification letter and new certificate will be mailed. If the minimum number of CM points is not achieved, ABIH will contact you to seek additional but overlooked point opportunities.
