Although you may be virgins as far as anal sex is concerned, you and your partner may have had other sexual experiences (oral sex, mutual masturbation, etc.) with other people. While your risk of catching HIV from these types of sex is very low, it does exist. Additionally, other STDs can be spread during these types of sex. At the very least, get an HIV test and get screened for STDs before having unprotected anal sex.
