Yes! I wasn’t really aware of them until Katrina and now I’m hoping (even more than before) that I’m never in need of their “help” If you run a search the first two pages of results are from FEMA but if you dig a little deeper there are quite a number of outrageous short comings. I’ve posted one below which is what brought FEMA to the forefront of my thoughts months ago. http://www.cnn.com/…/index.
