This simply means the breed is usually smaller than breeds standard. (The standard is 4 to 7 lbs) So usually, a puppy with these names tagged to it will be under 4lbs, which puts it out of most shows, however, into many purses. Be aware, some breeders breed these cute puppies and attatch the name to make it sound really small, make sure you see the stats on the parents 1st!
