How are Push 5 Urgent Alert call charges calculated?
The Push 5 Urgent Alert Standard Plan includes 240 urgent alert calling minutes per year. Extra minutes are just $0.25 each. Minutes are charged to your account for each inbound and outbound call that is connected. So an alert call to three people for 5 minutes would charge 20 minutes to your account (1 inbound plus 3 outbound calls of 5 minutes duration each). Subscribers and contacts can hang up at any time and charges for that portion of the call will stop. Subscribers and contacts are responsible for all long distance and carrier-imposed toll or service charges. All partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute. Coming soon: Auto-Recharge of your account. This service will top off your minutes whenever your balance falls below 50 minutes. This ensures continuous protection.
