You would have to ask your Target store CS if they do take expireds, but generally they do not. Nor do we promote sneaking in any expired coupons at Target. When they are out of something and I am using a coupon that will expire, I will talk with a CS and they will ok it for me to come in and pick it up later in the week when it comes in.
