What is the jamb width?
Jamb width varies depending on the type of door and the number of panels being used. In the case of pocket doors, which are installed on the inside of the exterior building framing, the jamb width will refer to the total width of the supplied frame. For folding and stacking doors, the term generally refers to the distance from the nail fin to the inside of the jamb. See technical details for more information.
