A conservator (in addition to duties that might be enumerated in the Court Order establishing the conservatorship) must do all of the following: 1. Take possession of the ward’s property and protect and preserve it, invest it prudently, account for it and perform all duties with respect thereto required by law. A complete list of all receipts and disbursements must be maintained by the Conservator . 2. Within 60 days of appointment, file an initial report and Inventory of the property of the ward in the conservator’s possession or of which the conservator has knowledge. If property later comes into the conservator’s possession or knowledge, the conse rvator must file a Supplemental Inventory. 3. File the following reports with the Court containing full itemized accounting and a list of all assets: a. An annual report within 30 days of the anniversary date of appointment. b.
