How do I donate by cheque?
Please make cheques payable to Prostate Cancer Canada – Movember and send to: Prostate Cancer Canada – Movember 145 Front Street East, Suite 306 Toronto, Ontario, CANADA M5A 1E3 Please indicate if you require a receipt. (Note: To save on time and costs, receipts can be emailed if you provide us with your email address.) *If you require a receipt for income tax purposes, funds must be sent to PCC before December 31st, 2009. Funds received after January 1 will receive a 2010 charitable receipt.
