Each person page entry is enclosed by an HTML element called the “Person Page Enclosure”. It has a CSS class assigned to it and you can adjust that class via the Stylesheets.System.Person Page Enclosure section. To add a graphic line between people, you can add a background image at the bottom of the Person Enclosure so it will appear to follow the person page entry. The “Carla’s …” Themes, “Carla’s Family History” for example, all include a graphic line you can use for this purpose.
