Who Is Vince Del Monte?
Vince Del Monte is the author of several fitness articles and books. He takes people like you and I and gives us the bodies we have only dreamed of! It all started when he transformed his own scrawny body from 149 pounds to 190 pounds in a span of six months which caught the attention of Bodybuilding.com and then Maximum Fitness In 2005, he won the Canadian Fitness Model Championships. Vince has a Honours Kinesiology degree and he is one of the most sought out fitness coaches and pesonal trainers around. He is a regular contributor to Men’s Fitness magazine and dozens of other magazines.
