What are some good trout recipes?
My hubby goes fishing for trout all the time,so I have became somewhat of a pro at cooking it.The recipe which I find the easiest and tastiest is this:Drizze a lil oil on the trout skin,pepper generously Place your trout in some foil,pour in a small amount of milk,a crushed clove of garlic.Wrap up the foil and place over heat.The flesh will just fall off the bone and the skin is nice and crispy.Or you could just simply season,fry in some oil and butter,and once cooked,splash some vinegar on.Delish!
