I’m sorry, but the only legal way to get onto blocked websites is to use a network that doesn’t have them blocked. There are other ways, such as hacking into the main servers to unblock those websites, but those ways can result in jail time for you. The only exception to this is if the website is blocked on the computer level, and you have administrive privileges. In this case, you would right click on the E, which is the Internet Explorer browser, and choose properties. From here, you would go to Security and click on the Restricted Websites icon, followed by the Sites button. You can add or remove restricted websites from here.
