How is SteakBurger Prime Ground Steak different from other grassfed ground beef?

The other BIG difference between SteakBurger and ground beef sold in stores, and even other grassfed beef producers is SteakBurger is made up of every cut of meat. Steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket… everything, all ground up together. That means the SteakBurger includes the Prime Rib, Tenderloin, Rump Roasts, Pike’s Peak Roast, Sirloin, Ribeye, brisket, ribs, etc. It doesn’t take much thinking to imagine what it tastes like. You will notice that those producers typically offer other cuts of meat besides ground beef, that’s because they’re not in the ground beef. Now, I am not criticizing my friends who provide other cuts of grassfed beef. If you want a roast or steak, then by all means, buy grassfed if you can. I’m simply pointing out a distinction between the products we provide.
