Does raspberry leaf tea really work?

0

Red raspberry leaf tea works by softening your cervix and helping it to dilate. It also tones your uterus to help the contractions be more productive. Anytime is ok to drink it, but around 36 weeks is the best time to start, but its not to late to start. I have been drinking it since about 36 weeks with this pregnancy and my last and i have dilated a lot faster than with my first. and my last labor was faster, but i dont know if that was because it was my second labor or because of the tea. But i say didnt hurt go ahead adn try it. I think it tastes a little bitter so adding a spoonfull of sugar makes it delicious.
