A. The Court appointed Centurys 10-member Board of Directors, which includes individuals with substantial experience in the fields of affordable housing, real estate, finance, public policy implementation, banking and real estate law. Judge Harry Pregerson, who oversees the lawsuit and the Consent Decree, appointed the Board once the State-administered Century Freeway Housing Program was privatized.
