What fruit does not have carbs?
unfortunately, all fruits contain carbohydrates in the form of simple sugars. Most fruits do not contain carbohydrates in the same sense as foods such as bread, rice, and pasta. The carbohydrates in those foods when broken down by the human body is converted to glucose, which is stored/used as energy. The sugar in fruit is converted in the same manner, and so, although not necessarily having “carbohydrates” in the layman’s sense, it adds to the overall total carbohydrate count.
