Does every student have to take AP courses at Cambridge?
There are sixteen different AP courses offered at Cambridge. Two AP English courses, two AP History courses, and AP Government are required for all students. One does not have to be in the top tier of his or her class to take an AP course at Cambridge. On average, most of our graduates take anywhere from 5 to 8 AP courses during their high school career, preparing them to be ready for some of the most competitive colleges in the nation. AP courses in Math (AB and BC Calculus), Science (biology and physics), Latin (Vergil and Literature), French, Spanish, and Art (drawing, 2-D, 3-D design) are offered as electives, based on student interest and enrollment.
