How do I install Greenbee Broadband?
After you’ve completed the sign-up process you’ll be sent an email confirming your order. After the checks on your line are completed we’ll send you a further email informing you on what date the service will be enabled. If you’ve ordered hardware through us this will arrive prior to your service going live. A booklet with step-by-step instructions for installation comes with the hardware. You’ll also find guides to getting connected in our Greenbee Online Support Centre.
