actually most fillers you buy will be too soft to re screw into with the possible exceptions of a car filler or construction adhesive (gripfill)… i am a carpenter/joiner and find a matchstick glued in the hole works ok, provided it is firmly glued and wedged (use more than 1 if you need) allow the glue to dry,break off the excess and drill a small pilot hole with your drill before entering screw.
