Yes. LiveCycle Data Services ES Single-CPU License can be used for development or production, provided applications are not deployed on more than one CPU. Developers can build and deploy one or more production applications on a single-CPU, nonclustered machine as long as no single application is running in production on more than one CPU. A “single-CPU machine” is defined as a device with only one processor. Adobe also currently offers a free download of LiveCycle Data Services ES Trial Developer License, which may be used for developing RIAs to run on multiple CPUs. When you’re ready to put RIAs into production, contact your Adobe sales representative to purchase a runtime license with optional maintenance and support services.
