If I don register my two Remesa Prepaid MasterCard cards, what will happen?
If you don’t register, the cards will not function. You must register with us to receive your two Remesa Prepaid MasterCard cards. If you received your cards in another manner than through this website this means you’ll have to call into our customer service number (877) 271-5606 and you’ll have to answer a few simple questions, such as your name, home address, phone number, date of birth, and provide some government issued identification number, such as US issued social security number, International passport number, or other government identification such as Mexico’s Matricula Consular. We’ll also ask you for a secret password as an additional security measure to protect your card. You can also go online at www.myremesacard.com to supply this information as well. If you purchased your cards here we will mail you your two personalized Remesa Prepaid MasterCard cards to the home address you provided.
