I cannot find any direct reference in the Bible of Paul being a prophet but by inference from the verse below Paul had the gift of prophecy since he could impart the gift of prophecy to others: Acts 19:6 And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. Paul must also be a prophet because he preached from revelation of Jesus Christ (Galatians 2:11,12) and shared many other words and gifts of revelation to others. God bless you.
