Side effects of Phenergan can include blurred vision, impotence, weight gain, dizziness, tinnitus, swollen feet or hands, anxiety, stuffy nose, constipation, drowsiness or dry mouth. More serious side effects can include fever; confusion; hallucinations; balance problems; difficulty swallowing; drooling; vomiting; jaundice; decrease in urination; shallow breathing; abdominal pain; bleeding or bruising easily; high temperature; sore throat; muscle aches; weak pulse or agitation. You should contact your doctor if you experience any of these serious side effects. If you experience any of the signs of an allergic reaction, you should get emergency help immediately. These signs can include swelling of the face, mouth or tongue; trouble breathing; rash or hives.
