Does Monroe have athletic teams?
Monroe College has teams in Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Baseball, Women’s Softball, Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Men’s Soccer. Our teams are highly competitive, with some of them competing on a national level. The Mustang teams are represented by players from all over the globe, including Ghana, Puerto Rico, Canada and the Caribbean Islands. Their success in athletics and in the classroom has enabled many Monroe players to go on to Division I and II NCAA programs at other schools, including Cornell University, Iowa State, Long Island University, and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
