What is Bedlam PCs return policy?
We are confident that you will be completely delighted with the products we ship to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to us in the original packaging on a freight prepaid basis within 14 days of when you receive your order. All returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A credit will be issued to your credit card account less the original shipping charges that we paid to ship the order to you and the restocking fee. This means that shipping charges are non-refundable and in the case of a return you would be responsible for the charges in both directions. Returns shipped back to us on a C.O.D. basis will not be accepted. Please contact us BEFORE you ship your product back to us! All returns require proper authorization.
