What are some good Low-Calorie Meals?
Don’t go down this road, girl. Have normal balanced food – but eat less of it. And by no means cut off oils and fats from your diet completely – they keep your appetite under control and stop you from craving food until the next meal. No matter how low-calorie your food is – if you have a lot of it (and you will if you are hungry) – it will make you fat! But if you really insist: tuna, boiled white fish, chicken breast, lean boiled meat, boiled or steamed veg, pulses like black-eyed peas, chickpeas and kidney beans (good source of protein, too), low-fat yogurt and Revita. Avoid cheese and fruit juices (especially from concentrate) – the former is amazingly fatty and the juices are very sugary.
