All Agora products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that the product does not perform as a result of our materials or workmanship, please call us. We will promptly repair the product at our expense or replace it if it can not be repaired. Please note, our guarantee does not cover product failure due to normal wear, nor damages caused by misuse.
