Is trampolining good exercise?
Trampolines can drastically improve your balance due to bouncing on a fixed spot allowing you to familiarise yourself with how your body’s balance can be adjusted. Trampolines also work on your bilateral motor skills, Rhythm, Self-confidence, Cardiovascular fitness and even Bone Density.

i think trampolining is good exercise. i read somewhere that it isn’t because you are helped too much by the bounce of the trampoline so you are not working hard enough, but i think it is good exercise because you are using all your muscles etc – and i also read that any exercise which gets you out of breath is working you hard enough and trampolining does that for me! So just as long as you vary the bounces and stuff and don’t bounce so lazily that you don’t get out of breath or work up a sweat is should be good. Though doing other things as well like running, swimming etc.as well will get you fit better and faster.
Yes trampolining is super exercise, it works all your muscles and also is a good cardio workout. 10 mins on the trampoline is like going on a 20 minute run. You can just bounce up and down on it and then try doing seat drops and this tones tummy muscles and also is good for heart, lungs and general fitness levels.
