How to Make Absinthe
To make absinthe you need to have one pint of vodka, two tablespoons of wormwood, two tablespoons of anise seeds, one half of a tablespoon of fennel seed, four cardamon pods, one half of a teaspoon of cinnamon, one half tablespoon of ground corrieander, and two tablespoons of angelica root. Once you have acquired all of the herbs and spices listed, steep the wormwood in the vodka for over forty eight hours. Remove the wormwood by straining the mixture and then add the rest of the ingredients. Steep this for one week.
