Is telepathy possible?
It is, but we need to question its exact nature. When we live in close proximity with others, especially for a long time, we tend to be able to “know their thoughts.” If you have grandparents, you may have experienced that they can finish each others’ sentences. But telepathy isn’t limited to interactions between humans. If you have pets, you know this. You may have experienced them staring at you when they want something. Even if you weren’t looking at them, you knew they were looking at you. Most of the everyday telepathy we experience can be explained simply by the fact that as intelligent, thinking creatures, we are able to anticipate actions of others based upon our experiences with them. Also, a lot of what is considered “telepathic” activity can be chalked up to high sensitivity to body language. Invariably, people who are considered telepathic are very observant and have merely learned to accurately interpret gestures and stances.
