How to take penicillin?
Take each how it says ON THE PRESCRIPTION LABEL. If it’s 4 times daily, try to space them 6 hours apart (4 times/24 hours = About every 6 hours). This is especially important for the penicillin, as it will prevent any infection from developing as a result of your oral surgery. Probably you should only take the oxycodone when you are in pain, or as needed every 4-6 hours.
