Do Brittany Spaniels need to be leashed? Will it run away like small dogs if not leashed?
Every dog needs to be leashed, I have had dogs who were aggressive toward other dogs and been out walking them on a leash and had dogs come up to them that were NOT ON A LEAD and get bitten. Was it my fault that they were not controlling their dogs the court said it was not. My dog was under control they approached him. Moral of the story is to protect your dog you always need to have him on a lead when in public places.
