A dunk tank is a stand in which is used at a festival, fair, carnival or event, where a person sits inside of a cage and harrasses people walking by. When a player comes along the person inside the cage chants words of dislike, hatred, and cruelty to the person as he throws balls at the clown in the cage. When the ball hits the red dot, the clown in the cage falls into a tub of cold or warm water making a splash.
