First of all, before anyone shoots, one must know how gangs operate. From what I experienced, gangs and usually shoot at ‘law abiding homeowners,’ but instead, other gang members and thugs that interfere with their crime. Don’t you agree? If they did, however, shoot at them, they have all the right to defend themselves. It’s self-defense. If it wasn’t, guns and the 2nd amendment of the constitution wouldn’t exist. Therefore, ‘law abiding homeowners’ can have guns, in which, I’m sure they do, to protect themselves if anything dangerous happens. Usually in neighborhoods with gangs, no one, in general, actually invests in property in those neighborhoods, due to the crimes.
