There isn’t really any place to get a free cell phone. Many sprint and verizon stores might offer you a free phone but it would require you to sign a long contract that would cost heaps to get out of. If you want an excellent phone service, I’d recommend Tracfone. The phones are cheap and you pay for exactly what you use and nothing more. It’s 1 unit to 1 minute of talk time so its an awesome deal. If you plan to do a lot of texting or image texting though, it might not be the right thing for you.
