Where did the Victorian era occur?
The Victorian Era is the period of time during which Queen Victoria was on the British throne (1837 – 1901). The UK, America and Australia are most likely to refer to the Victorian period, because of their links with Queen Victoria, but as it is a period of time, and things were happening all over the world during Queen Victoria’s reign, a reference to the Victorian Era isn’t limited to these three countries.
