All of them could be, under the right context. Option number two sounds a little more likely than the others. The point of foreshadowing is you’re supposed to get a feeling that something is about to happen, but you can’t really put a finger on it and say “This is foreshadowing” until you actually get to the part that its supposed to be foreshadowing.
