If you can get another telescope, it would be better. First the 150 x is deceptive. Any telescope is limited to 50 x per inch of aperture. Beyond that, it just gets fuzzier. 50 mm is two inches (about) so 100 times is the most you can hope for. 30 times is a more realistic number because you want to enhance light gathering also. Yes you can see Jupiter as a visible disk and even the four biggest Jupiter moons, tho they will just look like points of light. Neptune is well within its reach BUT since Neptune is barely visible to the naked eye, it is much harder to find than Jupiter.
