What happened when China invaded Tibet?
According to my mother who grew up in China during the so-called “invasion”, it wasn’t an invasion at all. Tibet was so underdeveloped that China walked in to help. Tibet was horrible and China did many things to improve it. The Lama was living in Buddhist riches and fled the country once he was overthrown. Also Tibet offers more landmass for defense incase of an nuclear invasion.
