The Circ-Colchester improvements are a separate transportation project that will be the subject of a separate EIS. However, the Circ-Williston EIS will consider the Colchester project as part of the cumulative impact analysis along with all other planned transportation improvements. This means that potential access changes resulting from the Colchester improvements will be considered in evaluating Circ-Williston.
