The Ministry of Burlesque are Britain’s premier protagonists of burlesque theatre. Born out of an evangelical passion for inclusive performance and innovative production, MoB was created to help nurture and establish a happy and productive industry for a new century of enthusiasts. As community leaders, MoB integrates ‘people with productions’ at every level – pairing traditional showbiz values with cutting edge I.T methods and receives over 20,000 unique visitors per day to www.ministryofburlesque.com As the first to bring burlesque back to the oldest surviving fully-intact Victorian music hall (Britannia Panopticon Music Hall), as fundraisers for it’s restoration, as historical researchers, as serial media and press contributors, as managers of extremely talented people, as original producers and as professional teachers, “Together We Can-Can”.
