A net worth statement is a document that provides your attorney, the Court and your spouses attorney with a snapshot of your financial situation. This document is broken down into parts and contains sections on your expenses, income, assets and liabilities. A copy of your most recent tax return, pay stub as well as your retainer agreement will be annexed to your statement of net worth.
