Why La Salle?
When I started to look for a college in my junior year of high school, I knew that I needed to find a place that fit certain criteria. It had to be in or near a big city, preferably a Catholic University, with a medium sized population, and most importantly, a place where I could feel at home. After visiting La Salle University, I knew that I had found the college that I had been looking for. I don’t have one reason why I chose La Salle, because there were many factors that went into my decision to attend. My first visit was on “Homecoming Weekend”, which clearly showed me that La Salle was not just some ordinary college. I saw how students took a great deal of pride in their university, witnessed the comradery that existed between the faculty, staff, and students, and the genuine concern that they had for me to have a prosperous and successful future.
