What are good oblique exercises?
If you buy one of those large exercise balls (balance ball) you can get a great ab workout and I think most will come with a little book with exercises in it. I use the DVD workout Turbo Jam from beachbody and that really focuses on core and Abs. The great thing about it is there are mainly standing ab work so not much of the boring crunches. You will want to work all your core muscles but focusing on side crunches, standing side leg lifts and kicks will really work the obliques!
