Pushups, double crunches, and pull-ups are the best things that a young man can do to tone the pectorals and chest without any weights. Though this may seem weird to you, it is actually healthier and much more effective (better results faster) to do calistenic manual work-outs only using your body to strain your muscles. These are very effective. Just do 50 pushups or more a day (try to do them all in one sitting) and then do a set of double crunches for as long as you can until your whole stomach aches.
