If absolutely none of the items you ask us to challenge gets deleted, you shall get 120% of your money back no questions asked. This risk free refund policy does not apply to employees, agents or representatives working with or for First Integrated Credit Solutions and or its affiliate companies. Refund policy is null and void if Gift Certificate is used or if payment is not made directly to FICS.
